Prices

All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs are clearly indicated before the order is completed. 

Pet Force S.r.l. reserves the right to change prices at any time; in any case, orders will be processed at the price shown at the time of confirmation.

Orders

Orders can be placed directly on the website at any time. However, they are processed every business day at 14:00. 

Orders received after 14:00, over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Once processing is complete, the order will be handed over to the courier for shipping.

Checkout without registration

No prior registration is required to purchase on Felinus.it. However, during the checkout process you will be asked to enter information that must be accurate, complete, and truthful in order to submit the order.

Before completing the Order, the User will be required to fully accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

For anything not expressly provided for in this section, please refer in full to the Service use provisions for registered Users set out below.

Registration

Users may also make purchases by registering on the website. They must register by providing all the data requested in the relevant registration form truthfully and completely, and accept the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.

The User is responsible for keeping their login credentials safe and confidential.

Registration credentials must be used exclusively by the User and may not be transferred to third parties. The User agrees to keep them secret and ensure that no one else has access to them, as well as to promptly inform the Owner in the event of suspected improper use and/or disclosure.

It is understood that in no case may the Owner be held liable for any loss, disclosure, theft, or unauthorized use by third parties, for any reason whatsoever, of Users’ access credentials.

Account deactivation and closure

Registered Users may deactivate their accounts and request deletion at any time by contacting PetForce S.r.l. directly using the addresses provided in this Document.

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete the User’s account at any time and without notice if it believes that:

  • the User has breached the Contract; and/or
  • access to or use of the Service could cause harm to Petforce srl, other Users, or third parties; and/or
  • the User’s use of the website may result in a breach of applicable laws or regulations; and/or
  • as a result of investigations following legal action or involvement of a public authority; and/or
  • the account is deemed by PetForce S.r.l., at its sole discretion and for any reason whatsoever, to be inappropriate or offensive, or in breach of the Contract, or not in line with FirstMate Italia standards.

Shipping and delivery

Deliveries are made throughout Italy via express courier.

  • Delivery times: generally between 24 and 48 business hours after the order is processed (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete address when placing the order. 

The customer will receive an email with tracking to follow the shipment.

Invoicing

If you would like an invoice, please send an email or message after placing your order, including your full tax details (including PEC or SDI code). 

Right of withdrawal

For hygiene and health reasons and in accordance with Art. 59 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, food products cannot be returned once delivered.

This rule applies even if the packaging is intact, as we cannot guarantee the product’s safety once it has left our control.

“Satisfied or Refunded” Guarantee – First Purchase

We know how selective cats can be, which is why we offer a special guarantee on your first purchase.

How it works:

  • Valid only on the first order placed on Felinus.it
  • Valid only for Felinus dry food (any product, any size)
  • Valid for one bag only
  • No need to return the product

If your cat didn’t like the product, simply email assistenzaclienti@petforce.it or send us a message on WhatsApp 

You will receive a refund of the amount paid for the bag; however, we cannot issue refunds for orders paid cash on delivery.

Your rights regarding your personal data

Pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), you, as the data subject, have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to request access to your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
  • The right to rectify or delete personal data (Art. 16 and Art. 17 GDPR);
  • The right to restrict or object to the processing of personal data (Art. 18 and Art. 21 GDPR);
  • The right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).

Please note that the rights referred to in points 2), 3) and 4) above will exist only under certain conditions under the GDPR and therefore may not apply to us. In addition, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Liability

Pet Force S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for any delays or service disruptions due to force majeure, natural events, strikes, or issues related to shipping carriers.

Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by the applicable legislation on personal data protection (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR). For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. Changes will take effect from the date they are published on the website.

Applicable law and competent court

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes between Pet Force S.r.l. and the consumer, territorial jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile, if located within the territory of the State.
